~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was still a bit of a chaotic week this last week but at least I got to read a bit! It was insanely hot here in RI and both of Munchkin's first two days of school had early release, so there was a lot of interruptions of my work days (he also spent the first 2 days of the week in my office). But I think that I am pretty much caught up at the office and hopefully by the time school get back in session this week things will have begun to find some normalcy. The house is back in some sort of order too but I do need to get cracking on making cards, the holidays are coming soon!
Thank goodness for a holiday here in the US, I feel like I can finally catch my breath today. Hopefully I can get a jump on the week today both around the house and in my reading. As you know, we are in the midst of my busy time of the year, football season starts this week as does soccer for Munchkin. Hubby is working a ton and I am trying to hold all the pieces together. I think I will escape for a bit into some bookish worlds.
Life sounds crazy for you as usual. It’s hot where I live too. I’m tired of it. Luckily I’m in Oregon for Labor Day and getting a break from hot weather. It’s a brisk 58 this morning.
