Step 1 Readers feature big type and easy words for children who know the alphabet and are eager to begin reading. Rhyme and rhythmic text paired with picture clues help children decode the story."

My Review: A perfect little fall/October beginning reader book. Munchkin just got to go pumpkin picking for the first time and this was a great book to spark further discussion. It is a great level one book with simple sentences, words, a nice storyline and easy rhymes. We really enjoyed this book and it was perfect to read several times throughout the month leading up to Halloween.
My Rating: We really enjoyed this book and it was a perfect fit for what was going on in life, it sparked extended conversations. We have read it many times throughout the month.  We give it a rating of Four Paws!
