Bedtime Story: Storm Song by Nancy Viau

Synopsis: "Thunder claps outside the door—Boom. Boom. Bang! Rumble, rap, roar!
Follow the beginning, middle, and end of thunderstorm with children and their dog who find comfort in a cozy home filled with fun and love. With lyrical text and vibrant illustration, STORM SONG captures the essence of a rainy day from that first whisk of a wet leaf to the final spit of a single raindrop."

My Review: This is a great book to lessen any fears of storms. It allows for the introduction of the noises and things that could happen during the storm and that it will all come to an end. I happened to pick the perfect night to read this book as we ended up with a big storm and Munchkin told me it was just the storm noises and he didn't have any fear the entire night.

My Rating: This is a great book for soothing fears of those spring and summer thunderstorms. The images were soothing for bedtime and the sound effects make for a fun read.  I give it a rating of Four Paws!

Good Night! Sweet Dreams!
