Meet Me on Monday

So I found this fun little meme I thought would be great to add so people get to know me a little better (and discover my strange little quirks). Meet Me On Monday is hosted by Acting Balanced where 5 questions are posted each week for us to answer about ourselves and share with all of our readers.

And now for this weeks Questions:
1. Finish this sentence - The last book I read and enjoyed was....
I generally enjoy most books I read so I guess the better answer would be what book surprised me and that would have to be Undone & Unknown by Rachel Caine. I didn't expect to like those books as much as I have been.

2. Do you have special Victoria Day (Canadian) or Memorial Day (US) traditions? If you don't live in Canada or the US, what is the next holiday that you are celebrating where you are?

I don't really have any set traditions, generally Memorial Day is filled with BBQs with friends and fireworks in the evening.  This year though hubby is going to be gone so I might work on projects at the house and maybe weed the flower gardens.
3. If you could invent something to make your life simpler, what would it be?
Self cleaning floors! I swear no matter how many days a week I sweep the floors I can't seem to get all the dog and cat hair up, every time I think I am done another fur bunny blows across my path.
4. What is your favorite recent blog post?

Blog post of mine? umm not sure, I guess I thought the Bitterblue review was interesting, can't sa
y that I have a favorite blog post though

  1. Oh my gosh! I would kill for self cleaning floors! I hate the amount of crap that accumulates on my floor in just a few hours after cleaning!

    1. I am really beginning to wonder if one of those rumba things would be worth it. This last weekend I spent 4 hours sweeping and moping the house, I took the trash out and came in to see yet another fur bunny rolling across the living room GGGRRRRRR!
