I must say I was hesitant to read this book because I like more action/adventure/paranormal in my books, but on the advice of my mom I finally sat down to read the Notebook. I am going to call her now and thank her! The strength and number of emotions you feel while reading this book is exhausting, in a good way. I wish we could all be blessed to experiance that amount of love at some point in our lives.

On a side note, I have gone through my shelves and think I have most of the books for my own reading challenge. I need to pick up at least a couple more for the first few lists and can maybe start by this weekend!  I hope to get the classics at the used bookstore crawl which has now been scheduled for the last saturday of the month!!
