I found myself bouncing around with my reading a lot this week. I wasn't really able to settle down and just read one book straight through, I guess I haven't been able to find the right book for my mood.  I did however manage to get quite a bit of reading done and am thinking I am going to have to add another day of reviews so that I can get them all posted! I also had a lot less time to read this week since Munchkin was home sick on Monday (meaning I was too), then dentist on Tuesday, and another snow day on Thursday (meaning another day stuck in the house trying to entertain a busy toddler).

As you may remember, February is the Month of Letters and I have been participating in several letter writing programs. There have been a lot of letters and cards leaving my house daily, and I have been so excited about getting a couple in the mail even!

It has been very cold and snowy here lately, we are getting 4-6" every three days. So for my nails this week I picked a color called Warm and Toasty Turtleneck, it sounded very appropriate and the color is beautiful!

  1. I'm not much into fingernail polish but that is a really pretty color! I hope the weather calms down and everyone gets better at your house. I have to deal with the dentist this week too. Ugh. Usually it's not too bad, but just anticipating it is awful.

Come write with us tomorrow night if you can! :)

    1. I never really use to be into polish, mainly because I am horrible with using my left hand but decided I needed something to make me feel pretty and to do something for myself.

I don't have a problem with the dentist, got blessed with good teeth and found a great dentist. It will be interesting next time though when I take Munchkin with me.

  2. Such a pretty nail polish this week!! I am going out to a jazz club this Saturday night and will be doing my nails up for that. I always get great ideas from Pinterest!

    1. I love the lilac shade to it. That sounds like fun! You will have to show me what you do with your nails. I love Pinterest but like I said my left hand doesn't function real well so can't seem to pull off the nail art really well, yet!
